The LongView 1000U extends a keyboard, monitor, mouse, speakers, microphone and serial port up to 300 metres away from your computer or Avocent KVM switch. It has significant video quality, distance, multiplatform and peripheral support enhancements on the LongView extension solutions. The system has a unique auto tuning feature that automatically compensates for both video skew and signal degradation over standard UTP cable without compromising the user experience.The LV1000U extender can be connected directly to a single computer in a point to point configuration or many computers through the local port of an Avocent KVM switch.
