| Возможности сервиса и поддержки: Услуги HP Care Pack распространяются на фирменные внутрикорпусные аппаратные средства НР для серверов, приобретаемые одновременно с сервером или позднее, а также на внешние мониторы с диагональю 22 дюйма и меньше и вертикальные ИБП мощностью до 3 кВА; эти компоненты обслуживаются на том же уровне качества и в течение такого же периода времени, что и сервер. Обслуживание батареи ИБП сюда не входит и производится в соответствии со стандартными сроками и условиями. Обслуживание стоечных серверов и стоечных систем хранения включает все прочие стоечные решения НР, установленные в ту же стойку; -Расширенное обслуживание: обслуживание на месте в течение 4 часов, 7 дней в неделю по 24 часа в сутки в течение 3 лет; -Непрерывное обслуживание: время реагирования 6 часов с момента подачи заявки, обслуживание на месте, 7 дней в неделю и 24 часа в сутки, в течение 3 лет; -Полное обслуживание: обслуживание аппаратных средств Support Plus 24 на месте, 24 часа в сутки, 7 дней в неделю, реакция в течение 4 часов и техническая поддержка ПО на базе ОС Microsoft удаленно или на месте по усмотрению HP, 24 часа в сутки, 7 дней в неделю, время реакции 2 часа, включая официальные выходные дни HP; -Услуги по развёртыванию: установка и запуск сервера ProLiant и ОС Microsoft или Linux по усмотрению клиента и/или согласно спецификации.
