With this internal 2 ports controller for ATA hard disk it is possible to connect 1 or 2 serial ATA hard disk drives with fast data speed up to 150Mbps and/or 1 regular Ultra ATA (IDE) hard disk. The "new" Serial ATA standard controller is perfect for making fast backups, video editing or other applications that need a fast hard disk or high capacity.
