All-encompassing connections
For AV presentations, an HDMI ™ port delivers uncompressed digital signals and multi-channel audio, providing easy connectivity and high-quality HD experiences. The DVI-I port supports HD digital/analog signals and includes HDCP for secure connections to a variety of media sources.
Regarding PC productivity, the DVI-I port supports digital video sources and PC analog RGB signals. DVI-I and D-Sub ports enable the running of dual PC sources. A loop-through D-Sub connector allows another device to be connected for dual displays.
Performing functionality
The Acer PD727 detects input signals as soon as a source is connected, eliminating time spent signal scanning. The projector automatically performs a safety shutdown if it does not receive input for a certain time. An integrated sliding lens cover protects the projector's high-precision optics from dust.
