To protect your information, Mnemonick uses a combination of symmetric AES cryptography and personal Digital Certificate. This allows the protection of the data of all Mnemonick users, even if one is subjected to decoding, because each user certificate is unique. The Digital Certificate is effective for 365 days per year and it is activated and linked to the user using his e-mail address. At the expiry of the certificate, Mnemonick will send an alert to you in time for you to renew your subscription to Mnemonick services. But, in any case, you will be able to use the Mnemonick software even after the expiry of your certificate. In addition, Mnemonick has planned a BackUp for your encoded data which is external to the Mnemonick website and which only you, and no one else, can access. Synchronization is simply upon your request; this assures the recovery of your data even if you lose your USB Token.
