Period

- Once registered, the service is valid for three years from the initial purchase date of your Toshiba notebook.

Service level

- To obtain service, simply call the Toshiba Support Centre using the phone number in your country. If the problem is hardware related, Toshiba will schedule your notebook to be picked-up and will endeavour to repair and return your notebook within 5 working days from the day they received it.

Service hours

- This service is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time, excluding public holidays.

Service coverage

- After the data recovery attempt and successful recovery, you will get your laptop back including a new hard drive with your recovered data
- For physical damage, system crash, hard drive breakdown, virus attack or any other awkward incident that may cause a loss of data, our professional data recovery laboratory will do their utmost to get your data back
- This service only covers the cost of service parts and labour required to restore the product to full working order as well as the logistics cost.

Exclusions

- This service is only available for Toshiba notebook models with a three year standard warranty. Please check the compatibility list below for an exact overview of the compatible notebook models.

Activation

- This WarrantyPack is only valid if purchased within 30 days of the procurement of your Toshiba notebook and must be activated within 30 days after purchase in order to use the service.
