Advance Exchange offers whole-unit replacement for equipment that cannot be repaired through technical support. It is available in the 50 United States to help minimize downtime and is available on most models. If the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) is unable to resolve a problem, a replacement unit is shipped overnight for requests received by 2pm PST, otherwise the next business day. Parts, labor and shipping to and from the customer is included. Advance Exchange Plus provides the same service for scanners beyond the applicable Limited Warranty period and is available in single or multiple 12-month increments.
In the unlikely event of equipment difficulties, Advance Exchange can reduce the impact it has on your customer's business. Advance Exchange provides next business day advance replacements for failed or broken scanners and is available on most scanner models. If TAC is not able to resolve the problem a replacement unit is shipped overnight for requests received by noon 2:00 p.m. PST, otherwise the next-business-day.
