El HP ProCurve Switch serie 2600 constituye un conjunto de switches gestionables, multinivel, apilables y económicos con 48, 24 u 8 puertos 10/100 con detección automática y puertos de doble personalidad para conexiones 10/100/1000 o mini-GBIC. Los ProCurve Switch 2650-PWR, 2626-PWR y 2600-8-PWR cumplen la norma IEEE 802.3af respecto a la alimentación eléctrica a través del cableado de datos Ethernet (Power over Ethernet) y ofrecen hasta 15,4 W por puerto. También está disponible una fuente de alimentación redundante y externa como accesorio.
