The Intel® RAID Controller SRCS28X is a high-performance eight-port Serial ATA II RAID controller providing high I/O performance through a PCI-X interface, and excellent data protection through support for RAID levels from 0, 1, 5, 10, and 50. Based on the Intel® IOP331 I/O processor operating at 250MHz , the RAID Controller SRCS28X also includes embedded 128 MB ECC SDRAM.
