The smallest derivative of the newly-launched SD (Secure Digital) Travelcard, the Travelcard MicroSD, formerly known as Transflash, has been designed primarily for use in mobile phones and PDAs and is one of the smallest Flash Cards available. However, despite its small size, offers consumers stable, secure, high-speed storage.
And thanks to its audio encryption specification, Secure Digital Music Initiative (SDMI), the SD card enjoys wide popularity within the music industry and therefore is compatible with many brands of portable MP3 player including smart mobiles.
The MicroSD card fits easily into the slot provided on the device or can be used with an SD adapter in any SD-compatible device (see list below).
