Cisco OnPlus Service is a cloud-based platform for reseller partners serving small businesses, designed to support the network assessment and managed network services they offer to their customers-simply and affordably. OnPlus Service uses an appliance, the Cisco OnPlus 100 Network Agent, installed at the customer premises, to discover network devices and collect data on the network and discovered devices.

Through a persistent connection to the Internet, the Cisco OnPlus Agent transmits this data to a secure data center. Only one OnPlus Agent is supported per customer network. The OnPlus Agent discovers most networked devices with an IP address, both Cisco and third party, enabling OnPlus Service to view and interact with them. OnPlus Service offers the best experience with supported Cisco devices. The ability to view and manage unsupported devices may vary. A supported Cisco router must be present on the local network for discovery on more than one VLAN or subnet.
