With support of up to 32 server nodes per enclosure and two 6 core CPUs per node, the BL2x220c expands to provide up to 1536 cores in a 42U rack. Also, the BL2x220c has a large memory footprint with 96GB of DDR3 memory per server node. This excellent scalability combined with the power efficiency of the Intel® Xeon® 5600 and 5500 series processors makes the BL2x220c an ideal server for demanding high performance computing datacenters.
